Christian Education
Connected to
Christ, we learn and grow from childhood throughout our lives.
At Faith
we offer many opportunities to study God’s Word together.
An Evening
with Jesus
September-May
3rd Thursday of each month,
6-7:30
PM
Parish Hall
This is our program for children from three years old
through fifth grade. Children learn Bible stories, sing
songs, and do crafts.
Vacation
Bible School
Every summer Faith hosts VBS for members and friends of our
congregation and for those in the neighborhood around us. We
learn together about what God has done for us and how we can
serve Him in our every day lives.
Confirmation
September-May
Tuesdays,
7-8 PM
Church Office
Classes are available for youth in grades six to eight. The
class teaches young people how to express their faith
through prayer, study and Christian service. It prepares
them to receive the body and blood of Christ in the Lord’s
Supper, and for the rite of Confirmation.
Sunday
Bible Class
10:15-11:15
AM
Church Basement
Every week we gather to learn together from God’s Word. Our
current topic is: "One Church," a study of the nature of the
church and different Christian denominations.
Friday
Bible Class
11 AM
- NOON
Church Office
Our weekday Bible Class is a more informal discussion of the
Holy Scriptures. Currently we're reading "A Little Book on
Joy: The Secret of Living a Good News Life in a Bad News
World" by Matthew Harrison.
New
Members Class
At this time we do not have a formal class. Those who wish
to learn more about the Christian faith and are interested
in joining our congregation are encouraged to meet with the
pastor for individual catechesis. |
